Commercial Real Estate is the next in line to topple.
While we all know that Bush, not Obama was responsible for the bank bailout with no strings, Obama really needs to impose some. This is outrageous. The banks really need to start lending some money to some people. Our economy really needs a big kickstart and if Obama doesn't do it, who will??
